1. General Policy

Thank you for subscribing to LínBoo. Because our product grants immediate access to digital content and ongoing AI computing resources, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our operational costs.

2. Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of AI-generated content and insights, all purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable. Once access is granted to our premium features and computing resources, the service is considered rendered.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of a subscription.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our support team first. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your LínBoo account.

5. Exceptions

In extremely rare cases, such as prolonged system outages or critical billing errors on our end, LínBoo may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit. These are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.
